What a week!
We know that this is an unprecedented and confusing time, and you may have a lot of questions about what will be taking place during the next few weeks. Like the rest of campus, Career Services is thoughtfully and carefully restructuring our services to best meet the needs of our students. We will still be offering all of our expert services, we are just shifting to a virtual and digital model of facilitation for the foreseeable future
As such, we will be offering virtual career coaching through extended Drop-In Appointment hours starting on Wednesday, March 18th. While classes are being offered remotely, students will be able to schedule 15 minute drop-in appointments via Handshake for help with resumes, cover letters, job & internship search, interview prep, graduate school, and general career support.
These appointments will be offered Monday through Thursday from 12-4 pm. To make a drop-in appointment, please login to your Handshake account (using your netpass credentials) and select appointments from the Career Center menu page. If you need further assistance, please call our office at 607-274-3365 during business hours.
Career Coaching Appointments for more intensive needs will be offered virtually with professional staff. Please call our office to inquire about scheduling a coaching appointment for topics such as practice interviews and career assessments.
