Students interested in adding a couple credits to their spring schedule might consider registering for a block II class.
Block II courses run through the second half of the semester. For the spring 2020 term, that means March 23rd through mid-May. Some classes may take up the whole two months. Others might run for only one month or just a long weekend.
To search for block II courses, log into HomerConnect and visit the Browse Courses section. If you open an Advanced Search, one of the search fields will be labeled "Block". If you select "Second Half Semester" from the drop down menu, you'll be presented with a list of block II courses. Not all courses will be appropriate for every student, so be sure to read the description and check the prerequisites and restrictions.
The last day to add or drop block II classes is this Sunday, March 29th, so act fast.
If you have any additional questions regarding spring registration, or registering for fall 2020 classes, consider speaking with an academic advisor. Visit the Academic Advising Center's website for more info and ways to connect: https://www.ithaca.edu/advising/
