Larsen Wenzel is a strategist, transgender community builder, extrovert and aspiring nerd.

While at Ithaca College, they studied Integrated Marketing Communications, minored in English, and engaged in intersectional activism both on and off-campus. They were a part of the LA program where they interned at Trailer Park, an entertainment advertising agency, and RPA where they worked on Honda and The Clippers accounts.

Upon graduation, they worked at Nielsen, consulting pricing and shelf placement strategies for major CPG brands and helped develop a diversity recruitment pipeline for the North American division. After moving to New York City, Larsen began working at the creative collective Motive. There, Lars is currently in the role of Cultural Strategist, helping provide a roadmap for clients and creative teams to execute culturally relevant, strategically informed, and dynamic creative campaigns. They work across all clients including Pepsi, Bubly, Burger King, Möet Chandon, Estrella Jalisco, and Yonex.

When not at work, Lars enjoys making community meals with chosen family members, learning Dungeons and Dragons, mentoring queer and trans students through the organization Out 4 Undergrad, and promoting Brooklyn nightlife.
