Stressing over final exams? The good news is it's totally normal and—even better news—totally manageable.

This 30-second mindfulness technique can help you stay calm when test stress arises.

Head to Campus Well to read the article and try it out.

Consider Anxiety Toolbox, a drop in group from IC CAPS, for skills not related specifically to test anxiety, but to learn grounding skills and coping mechanisms to help manage stress and anxiety for any situation.

CAPS is offering Anxiety Toolbox Groups (lead by CAPS Counselor Rebecca) through Zoom each Tuesday from 1pm-1:45pm, and the next group will meet on Tuesday, May 12th.  The groups are a place for students to check in with each other, to share resources, and to practice a few useful techniques for coping with anxiety.

If interested in attending, please email rcreamer@ithaca.edu before Tuesday, and we will send you the Zoom link for the group.  This is a drop-in group, so students can attend as few or as many sessions as they would like.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Kristen Lind at klind@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3136. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
