BYO Candle
This week Hierald Osorto, Director of Religious and Spiritual Life, has chosen resilience as our theme. Hierald will share “Praise the Rain” a poem by Joy Harjo and "Build A House" by Rhiannon Giddens featuring Yo-Yo Ma as our song. Together, we'll light a candle, share in silence, music and text, reflect in small groups, and receive a blessing.
IC Soul invites each participant virtually to enrich and explore their own spiritual life, evoking that which is beyond ourselves but to which we are connected by essence and aspiration. We don't seek uniformity of belief or practice, and we draw inspiration from many traditions.
*IC Soul is adapted from Family chapel provided by the Sacred Design Lab team from Sue Phillips and her wife Tandi Rogers’ daily practice at home.
