If you are looking for information when using the new IC Finance Cloud platform, the best place to start is on the landing page when first logging in.
To log into the IC Cloud for HR and Finance, click the top-right tile on the apps.ithaca.edu page. Log in using your NetPass and Duo multi-factor authentication. Once logged in, you will be taken to a landing page with welcome text and several links on either side of the screen.
The links on the left side of the screen will take you to user guides with step-by-step procedures for financial functions, recorded videos of system training sessions, an online access form for users requiring new or updated financial access, and an email address for help requests.
System implementation is still in progress, and the Business and Finance team will continue to update user guides and training materials as additional functionality becomes available. If you are experiencing any system issues, or need to submit a help request, please email financecloudhelp@ithaca.edu to initiate a help ticket with Business and Finance.
