The IT Service Desk will be open and available as follows for the fall semester.
The Service Desk has been offering remote-only support services for the last several months. Beginning Tuesday, 9/8, in-person Service Desk assistance in 104 Job Hall will be available by appointment only on a limited basis in an effort to reduce face-to-face interactions as much as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please contact the Service Desk via one of the below methods initially. If we cannot resolve the question or issue remotely we will schedule an in-person appointment with you (weekdays only) at the Service Desk, or arrange for a technician to visit your office if needed.
