Please join the Title IX Office and the student organization IC Strike for a town hall discussion about the U.S. Department of Education’s Title IX Regulations issued on May 19, 2020, that took effect on August 14, 2020. These regulations prompted the college to make changes to policy and procedure as it relates to reports of Sexual Misconduct.
You can visit the Student Conduct Code (7.1.2.4 & 7.1.2.5) and the Guidelines for Resolving Discrimination Complaints (2.7.2) to review the updated policy and procedures.
IC Strike is a student organization focused on education, activism, and allyship for survivors of sexual assault and violence.
Open to all members of the campus community, the virtual town hall will take place on Thursday, September 24, at noon. A link to register and to ask any questions in advance of the gathering will be available and posted soon.
