With the focus of events pivoting to a virtual experience, Conference & Event Services is available to assist in this process. 

 

If you are curious about the difference between a Zoom meeting versus a Zoom webinar, IT has done a great job at describing this in the following article.  Please make sure to take a look at this before reaching out. 

We will need roughly 10 business days in advance to go through the event planning process.  Without this planning time and due to the limited resources for these Zoom webinars, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully support your event.
