Join us for IC’s free webinar on Thursday October 1st at 1 p.m. (EDT) - IC Community Conversations: Voter Education. This event will feature a panel discussion of local community members, focusing on political participation and engagement, particularly among young people and marginalized communities. Attendees will also have the opportunity to pose questions for our panelists.
In partnership with the Division of Philanthropy and Engagement, this event is brought to you by the Ithaca College Partnership Pathways group. ICP2 is designed to better develop, support, and coordinate cross-sector and community-based partnerships that address challenging issues, optimize the use of resources, and serve the public good. The “IC Community Conversations” series is an effort to highlight existing examples of effective community partnerships and articulate to a broad audience ways to support the greater community through strategic collaborations. This event is also receiving the support of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc; the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African American Men, founded at Cornell University in 1906. All sponsoring groups share the common goal to increase voter education and participation in the upcoming election.
