Since the beginning, the Jewish Community has nearly always faced baseless hatred. Through hate crimes and crimes against humanity such as pogroms, genocides, ghettos, and the Shoah, we have faced adversity like no other people or community. However, even ever repeated attempts of obliteration, we have become stronger as a people and prouder of our identity.
It is now to time learn our story.
On Tuesday, November 10th at 8pm (EST), the Jewish Student Union is proud to host the second workshop of the Pro-Semitism series entitled "From Struggles to Strength: Advocacy in Tough Jewish Moments".
In this dialogue based events, Jew students and righteous gentiles will both hear and share stories relating to Jewish survival, strength, and hope. Only from these lessons can people become true advocates and allies for our community.
This program is encouraged for all Jewish and non-Jewish students, faculty, and staff members.
Those interested in this event and other Pro-Semitism events should RSVP here.
