As the end of the year and the holiday season approaches, we would like to remind employees to please be aware of the timecard submission deadlines.
Employee timecard submissions are typically due by 8:30am on the Monday after the pay cycle ends, unless stated otherwise. Supervisors are encouraged to confirm all team member timecards have been submitted online, then review and approve timecards prior to 12:00pm on the same day. For the remainder of this year, timecards are due on the following dates by 8:30am:
We encourage all employees, including student employees, to complete timecards at the end of your final shift for each pay cycle. Please remember that changes can be made after you have submitted your timecard, but please be sure to re-submit for processing.
As a reminder, late timecard submissions are not guaranteed to be processed through payroll given the holiday and banking deadlines. Late timecard submissions that are not processed in time, will be processed for the next pay cycle.
