Leave of Absences and Withdrawal process update!

The leave of absence and withdrawal process for the college is now being managed by the Academic Advising Center!  

The interest form that was available via workflow has been replaced with the Student Leave of Absence Information link, which can be found here:  https://www.ithaca.edu/leave-absence-or-withdrawal.

All inquiries about leave of absences and withdrawals should be directed to the following link:  https://ithacaedu.formstack.com/forms/academic_advisor_contact_form .  All questions will be answered by submitting the form. Students requesting a leave of absence or withdrawing permanently from IC will be asked to schedule an appointment with an academic advisor in order to complete the application.

Please note, if a student is interested in a medical leave of absence, that process is managed by Brandi Riker. Brandi can be reached via email at briker@ithaca.edu or via phone 607-274-5763.
