Launching on Monday March 1, students can pick up their packages more easily and conveniently than ever before! Packages are placed in reusable lockers in 5 locations around campus. Students can pick up their items any time, 24/7.
Where are the lockers? Where do I pick up my stuff?
Here's how it works. When a new package is available for pickup from a locker, students will receive an automated notification email containing instructions for retrieving their item. This will include a temporary PIN and a QR code for that package. To pick up from the locker kiosk, students can either scan their ID card, scan the temporary QR code from their email, or type the temporary PIN from their email. The locker door containing their package will open and the student can remove the item.

PLEASE NOTE - The mobile mailroom truck system will be discontinued on Mon 3/1 when lockers are active. The Mail Center will also no longer offer extra weekend hours for pickups.
