Students often seek career-related support from faculty and staff members who they have a relationship with. Providing this support truly enhances the Ithaca College student experience. Through collaboration, we can further the level of support we provide to students as it relates to their career development.

You are invited to participate in a survey about the knowledge and competencies utilized when providing career development support to students. The purpose of this survey is to understand the support that faculty and staff want and need to assist students as it relates to their career development.

This survey is part of a culminating project by Arielle Newman, a masters in Higher Education student at Montclair State University, to identify topics for a training program proposal designed to support students’ campus-wide career development experience. Arielle is partnering with Career Services for this project.

All responses are anonymous and confidential. The survey will take about 3-5 minutes. You will be asked to answer general questions about your conversations with students related to career development.

If you have any questions, please contact Arielle Newman at newmana8@montclair.edu or her project advisor, Cheryl Rotyliano, at crotyliano@ithaca.edu.
