The Women's Mentoring Network (WMN) has partnered with Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN) to offer a session on "Overcoming Imposter Syndrome".

Ever feel like you aren't good enough? Like don't deserve the position you have? Ever feel that you aren't qualified in your role?

In this session we will discuss how to recognize imposter syndrome and build the skills necessary to overcome those feelings. This is a feeling that can hold us back in our careers and professional goals, but with the right tools, we can mitigate its impact and reach our full potential.

Panelists:

Heather Philpot, Executive Vice President, Nonprofit and Political, Data Axel

Lisa Rice, President, Newcomb Alumnae Association Board of Directors

Ariana Rodriguez, Social Media Content Campaign, Sister District

The conversation will be moderated by Eliza VanCort who is the author of “A Woman’s Guide to Claiming Space”. Eliza is also the founder of The Actor's Workshop of Ithaca, and a Cook House Fellow at Cornell University.

Join us on Thursday, April 29th, at 12pm EST.
