Path to Progress is an ongoing series for the campus community hosted by Marketing and Enrollment Strategy. Presentations focus on the unit’s priorities including admission, retention, marketing and branding efforts, financial aid, constituent engagement, and analytics and institutional research.
The April 30th Path to Progress presentation was led by members of the Retention and Engagement Strategy Team (REST) and focused on how each of us has a role to play in helping students make IC their academic home, and how the factors that influence retention are more varied than many of us think. The presentation included an overview of retention and graduation rates and some things partners from across campus have been doing to move the needle.
