2018-19 Academic Year

• Vice President for Institutional Advancement. On July 17, 2019, Wendy Kobler was named to this post.
  
• Vice President for Marketing and Enrollment Strategy. On June 11, 2019, Laurie Koehler was named to this position.
  
• Vice President for Human and Organizational Development, Innovation and Planning. On March 20, 2019, Hayley Harris was named to this position.

2017-18 Academic Year

Ithaca College concluded national searches for three senior leaders during this time period:

• Vice President and General Counsel. This search was completed on July 10, 2018 when it was announced that Guilherme Costa was named to this role.

• Vice President for Finance and Administration. On May 10, 2018, William Guerrero was named to the post.

• Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs. This search was successfully concluded on April 25, 2018 with the announcement that La Jerne Terry Cornish had accepted the position.

In a message to campus on September 21, 2017, President Shirley M. Collado outlined the work that she had done since taking office in July of that year to gather input and frame her own thinking about these strategic openings. The college retained the firm Witt/Kieffer, a search firm with 45 years of experience conducting searches in higher education and other non-profit fields, to facilitate all three searches.
