Spring into ConFITdence! is the third program offered through The Office of Human Resources as part of the BeneFITS...Your Life wellness initiative. The purpose of this program is to educate employees of Ithaca College on health and wellness topics such as nutrition, stress reduction, group exercise, strength training, disease prevention, and other areas. While educating, we hope to get everyone active and create positive lifestyle changes that will benefit each person in the future.
Don’t wait to register your team! The exciting spring challenge begins April 9th! Spring into ConFITdence! includes teams of 8-10 people who will compete over an action-packed four week period beginning on Monday, April 9th. The teams accumulate points by attending organized activities, being active and reading articles on the Spring into ConFITdence! website.
