presentations over the last several weeks.

- "Kosovo and Borders," a talk given as part of
panel discussion, "Border Changes and the
Challenges of Contemporary International
Politics," sponsored by the international relations program and the Department of Political Science, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Geneva, New York, April 3, 2008
Professor Gagnon also spoke on the Yugoslav wars
of the 1990s at seminars on post-Communist
transitions at Cornell University and at Hobart
and William Smith Colleges in early April.
