Celebrate Administrative Week with a Buffet Lunch at the Tower Club!

The Tower Club restaurant will offer lunch buffets Monday-Friday, April 20-24, for our administrative professionals with a special lunch buffet on Tuesday, April 21, for our administrative assistants. Seating will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The buffet will change throughout the week, but highlights include:

Heart-warming soups
Mixed green and Caesar salads
Encrusted cod filet
Flavorful grilled chicken breast with orange pineapple glaze
Cheese tortellini with pesto sauce
Shrimp and vegetable stir fry
Assortment of fresh vegetables
Carved London broil, turkey, honey-roasted pork loin, and prime rib au jus
Freshly sliced fruit
Delectable desserts
