The Tower Club restaurant will offer lunch buffets Monday-Friday, April 20-24, for our administrative professionals with a special lunch buffet on Tuesday, April 21, for our administrative assistants. Seating will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The buffet will change throughout the week, but highlights include:

• Heart-warming soups
• Mixed green and Caesar salads
• Encrusted cod filet
• Flavorful grilled chicken breast with orange pineapple glaze
• Cheese tortellini with pesto sauce
• Shrimp and vegetable stir fry
• Assortment of fresh vegetables
• Carved London broil, turkey, honey-roasted pork loin, and prime rib au jus
• Freshly sliced fruit
• Delectable desserts
