01/15/10

The New Year brings about change and renewal, and for many, personal goals. Whether your goals are related to time-management, taking more time to read, or focusing more on physical health, are your goals “SMART”?

“SMART” goals are those that are:
     S – Specific
     M - Measurable
     A - Achievable
     R - Results-Oriented
     T - Time-Bound
