Optical Scanning Procedures

Information Technology Services would like to remind all instructors to review the optical scanning procedures to ensure tests and evaluations are processed and returned in a timely manner and with minimal interruption. Please visit our website, www.ithaca.edu/its/services/scan for a comprehensive overview of optical scanning.

Requests must be dropped off and picked up at the ITS Main Office
A request form and key sheet must be provided for each test scoring request
A request form with appropriate setup file/ template must be provided for each course evaluation request
Changes to current templates or new requests should be directed to Computer Operations in advance
