Information Technology Services would like to remind all instructors to review the optical scanning procedures to ensure tests and evaluations are processed and returned in a timely manner and with minimal interruption. • Requests must be dropped off and picked up at the ITS Main Office
• A request form and key sheet must be provided for each test scoring request
• A request form with appropriate setup file/ template must be provided for each course evaluation request
• Changes to current templates or new requests should be directed to Computer Operations in advance
