IC Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) has recorded some mp3 files of basic relaxation/meditation instruction and they are available free to students on iTunesU and on the CAPS website.
There is about a CDs length of material, including breathing exercises, visualization training, ideas for surviving emotional crisis, and ways to improve sleep.
