Today is Wellness Wednesday! We will be meeting in the Ithaca Falls Room from noon-12:50pm. Bring your lunch and enjoy a free dessert!

- Fitting fitness into a busy schedule.

- Setting realistic goals for fitness.

- Achieving your goals through simple steps.
