Rockstars, poets, movers and shakers! Show 'em what you're made of: perform at TWLOHA's Open Mic Night on October 28th at 7:00 pm in IC Square!
This open-mic night will feature musicians, poets, and other artists, sharing their work on the themes of pain and hope.
This event is also centered around TWLOHA’s six word-memoir project. Created by Smith Magazine, the six-word memoir project encourages people to submit their stories in a short form, which challenges people to be creative and reflective at the same time. TWLOHA is working to create a six-word memoir book with Smith Magazine.
The Open-Mic Night to open to the public. If you are interested in participating, please email twlohaic@gmail.com to reserve a time slot for your performance as soon as possible. Throughout the night, there will be multiple opportunities to create and share your own six-word memoir.
