Join students from three classes (Food and Society, History of Environmental Thought, and the Archaeology of Food) on December 1, 6-7:30 p.m. in Klingenstein Lounge, for an interactive educational display of their interdisciplinary research on foods. The Real Foods Event is the culmination of a collaborative project done with support from the IC2 program to create a dialog from prehistoric, historic, and contemporary approaches to the study of food and food systems.
