Healthy Living for Musicians: Spring Sessions

The School of Music offers Healthy Living for Musicians sessions in partnership with the Ithaca College Office of Counseling and Psychological Services. School of Music students are encouraged to participate in these sessions to establish a healthy body, mind, and soul, which are a foundation to a happy and successful career. Recital attendance credit is given at each session.

Paul Mikowski is a psychologist with the Ithaca College Office of Counseling and Psychological Services who leads weekly meditation groups open to the entire campus community.
