MEAL MAKEOVERS AT THE IC FOOD LAB

WHERE: Terrace Dining Hall’s Food Lab
This MISSION: NUTRITION series session will explore tips on cooking healthy, taking your favorite comfort foods, finding substitutions, and transforming them into a healthy and nutritious meal.
Our guest chef, JJ Molina from IC Dining Services, will be conducting a food demonstration with samples at the end!
