Join us for a Work/Life Mission Series event, Managing Stress. In this presentation, eni will discuss stress management. Stress is an everyday occurrence, but each individual responds differently to the pressures of life. This training is designed to help you become aware of the stressors in your life, identify your own unique responses to stress, and learn proven strategies to help manage stress. These strategies will help you learn to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations and help to avoid the health problems associated with long-term stress. Join us for a session that will help you identify your own stressors and give you the tools to effectively handle them!
