The 2014 Cross Cultural Leadership Retreat (CCLR) will be held on October 31-November 2. This two and a half day retreat presents the opportunity to explore various aspects of diversity and their relationship to leadership. During the retreat, the entire group will participate in a series of educational sessions and discuss issues as a large group, as well as in smaller, informal conversations.
All Ithaca College students belong to a multitude of different cultures including areas of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status and many more. Therefore, we are looking for a group of people that come from many different cultural backgrounds. Every Ithaca College student is eligible to apply and highly encouraged to do so.
