All Ithaca College students belong to a multitude of different cultures including areas of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status and many more. Therefore, we are looking for a group of people that come from many different cultural backgrounds. Every Ithaca College student is eligible to apply and highly encouraged to do so. The 2014 Cross Cultural Leadership Retreat (CCLR) will be held on October 31-November 2. This two and a half day retreat presents the opportunity to explore various aspects of diversity and their relationship to leadership. During the retreat, the entire group will participate in a series of educational sessions and discuss issues as a large group, as well as in smaller, informal conversations.
