Need a time out? Try 4 hours of silence!

All students, staff and faculty are invited to a silent retreat on Saturday, November 14, 1-5 pm in Hill 107. 

The retreat will include periods of meditation and gentle yoga.  For those without experience, this is an opportunity to be guided in a variety of mindfulness practices;  those with prior experience will enjoy the chance to practice for a more extended time.  There is no cost;  to register or for more information please email koru@ithaca.edu.
