General Bartell is a highly decorated officer whose command assignments included overseeing all ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) and JROTC (Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps) units nationwide. He is currently president of the Army and Navy Academy, a military boarding school for boys in grades 7–12 in Carlsbad, California.
You are invited to either attend in person on IC's campus or watch live online via Livestream. No RSVP is required.
General Bartell's appearance is supported by the Jahn Family Civic Leadership Fund, established by Robert Jahn Jr., Parent '06, '08, '11, to support the ROTC program at Ithaca College.
