Network Issues

DIIS continues to work on an issue that is impacting the ability to access campus computing services from OFF campus and the IC Airnet wireless network.  

Impacted services include www.ithaca.edu, myhome, myithaca, Sakai, and other services.  Users trying to connect to those services from OFF campus or via the IC Airnet wireless network may experience sporadic slowness, dropped, or stalled connections. 

The following services are currently working as normal and are NOT impacted: 

For wireless access from on-campus, users should use the IC Airnet Secure network.

While we are trying to fix the issues, it may be necessary to turn off all network traffic for a short period of time to reboot or replace certain network components.

We will continue to share updates as they become available.

We appreciate your patience as we seek to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
