Meditation opportunities on campus

If you're interested in learning to meditate or practicing meditation with others, here are some opportunities.

 We are offering open meditation each week at the following times:

Everyone is welcome to drop in to sit at these times.

We are also offering 4-session workshops for those new to meditation or those who want to learn and practice a variety of techniques.  We will offer 2 of these 4-session Koru Mindfulness workshops:  Tuesdays 4-5:15 starting 9/13 (Paul Mikowski) and Thursdays 4-5:15 starting 9/15 (Mary Ann Erickson).  Faculty, staff and students are welcome to participate;  to register for the workshops please email koru@ithaca.edu.

Finally, we will be running some silent retreats during the semester.  The first one will be Sunday October 2 from 1-4 pm.  No experience necessary!  Watch Intercom for more details or email koru@ithaca.edu.
