If you're interested in learning to meditate or practicing meditation with others, here are some opportunities. We are offering open meditation each week at the following times:
Everyone is welcome to drop in to sit at these times. We are also offering 4-session workshops for those new to meditation or those who want to learn and practice a variety of techniques. We will offer 2 of these 4-session Koru Mindfulness workshops: Tuesdays 4-5:15 starting 9/13 (Paul Mikowski) and Thursdays 4-5:15 starting 9/15 (Mary Ann Erickson). Faculty, staff and students are welcome to participate; to register for the workshops please email koru@ithaca.edu. Finally, we will be running some silent retreats during the semester. The first one will be Sunday October 2 from 1-4 pm. No experience necessary! Watch Intercom for more details or email koru@ithaca.edu.
