Need a little quite-in-the-mind time during finals week?
We will be continuing to offer 45 minute silent meditation sessions in the IC Chapel every M,W, F at noon from now through finals week (December 22 is the last day). There is no requirement to stay the whole 45 minutes - come late, leave early if you prefer.
Brief meditation instruction is offered. So, whether you're new to meditation or a long-time practitioner. All are welcome. Come join us!
Cushions and quiet are provided.
