On Monday and Tuesday, Polish Chef Arkadiusz Nowakowski visits campus and tantalizes our tastebuds! Chef Nowakowski serves as Chef and Coach at TVN Television, Poland’s premier media company and he’s participated in more than a dozen culinary competitions. He grew up cooking with his family in Warsaw and is inspired by cuisines around the world and says the best part of his day is cooking for and surprising guests with diverse flavors and tastes.
