Global Chef

On Monday and Tuesday,  Polish Chef Arkadiusz Nowakowski visits campus and tantalizes our tastebuds! Chef Nowakowski serves as Chef and Coach at TVN Television, Poland’s premier media company and he’s participated in more than a dozen culinary competitions. He grew up cooking with his family in Warsaw and is inspired by cuisines around the world and says the best part of his day is cooking for and surprising guests with diverse flavors and tastes. Here's where you can meet him!

• March 19th - Lunch at World's Fare in Campus Center Dining Hall
• March 20th - Sampling during Lunch in IC Square Food Court  and Dinner at Terrace Dining Hall

Join us Thursday, March 22nd, for dinner at Terrace Dining Hall as we host a Locavore Culinary Showcase! Ithaca Dining Services will host LeMoyne (Syracuse) and Nazereth (Rochester) Dining Services to bring you a delicious menu of dishes localized to each region.
