Tax Season and 1095 Forms

With tax season around the corner, we wanted to share information regarding 1095 forms.

The Form 1095 includes information about the health insurance coverage offered to you and, if applicable, your family in 2019.
Ithaca College is required to send 1095 forms to all benefit-eligible employees prior to March 31, 2020.
These forms will be mailed to the home addresses on file with the Office of Human Resources.
You do not need this form to file taxes. However, you will need to keep this form with your tax records for 2019.
