With tax season around the corner, we wanted to share information regarding 1095 forms.

• The Form 1095 includes information about the health insurance coverage offered to you and, if applicable, your family in 2019.
• Ithaca College is required to send 1095 forms to all benefit-eligible employees prior to March 31, 2020.
• These forms will be mailed to the home addresses on file with the Office of Human Resources.
• You do not need this form to file taxes. However, you will need to keep this form with your tax records for 2019.
