Join us in practices of grounding in the body and present moment, finding inner peace, cultivating compassion and strengthening our resilience in trying times.
We will offer a combination of guided sitting and walking meditations from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Participants are welcome to join at any time and come and go as you like over the course of the retreat. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome!
