There is Still Time to Grab a Seat in Your Choice of Weight Watchers At Work Meetings! Series 7 Begins Tuesday, April 19, 2011.

04/15/11

Contributed by Christine Haase

This is a reminder that it’s not too late to register for another 17-week At Work series and receive free eTools and payroll deduction (for IC employees) as a payment option.

Please refer to the Intercom announcement dated 3/23/2011 for program information.

Still sitting on the fence about joining? Here are the Top Ten reasons (contributed by various WW@W members in the trenches, working the program) for joining WW@W@IC:

#10  Results--it started working as soon as I started working it!

#9  Familiar people that I feel comfortable with and get to know others that work at IC

#8  To have an excuse to leave the office once a week and get away from my desk!

#7  To practice my German (with Gertie)

#6 FUN--I stayed because everyone is so nice.

#5  I realized the program MUST REALLY WORK because people right here in our IC community have lost and have been successful at keeping it off!!

#4  To learn from one of the most award-winning leaders in Weight Watchers - Samarra!

#3  Because meetings are RIGHT HERE (I make the time to go and I don't have an excuse.)

#2  Payroll deduction

And the #1 reason for joining WW@W@IC:

SAMARRA (leader) & GERTIE (receptionist) ARE FABULOUS!

Make the commitment to yourself and attend the meetings each week. Going on vacation this summer? That’s all the more reason to stay in the game. Weight Watchers offers so many ways for you to tailor the program to meet your needs. Learn how to balance your responsibilities and manage your priorities. Develop your focus so that you can achieve what you want in life. Get help when you need it most and be a support for someone else. What could be better than that?

Let’s take advantage of all our resources (It’s not just about the food!) and navigate this journey together…one day at a time.

See you next week?
