This is $searchword $searchword' best program yet! I’ve only been on it for three days and am amazed at how much I can eat. The plan—which is tailored for me—encourages me to make healthy choices without worrying about going over my allowance for the week. This keeps me full and satisfied between meals. As a result, I am eating less of the kinds of foods that would jeopardize my success. Momentum was good, and I'm beginning to see that it was a preparation for PointsPlus™, which is even better.

I have been bad in the past about tracking my food consumption. Well, that’s ancient history. With this new plan, I have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor with everyone else as we adjust to the new plan. I am bound and determined to follow it to the letter so that I can say that I made goal on the new PointsPlus™ program!

Who’s with me?
