Welcome Back! How was your summer? Did you reach your health and weight loss goals?

Guess what Weight Watchers accomplished here at Ithaca College over the summer:

• A member became a certified zuumba instructor,
• 2 members reached their lifetime status by making their weight goals and maintaining it for 6 weeks straight,
• and a member was awarded a medal and certificate for having lost over 100 pounds!

This is in spite of the summer challenges of picnics, weddings, vacations and barbeques. Just imagine what we can do in the Fall.

           Debit or Credit card is required to register. (this is only $9.98/per week)
