The IC Diversity & Inclusion Discussion Circle will be hosting a presentation by Dr. Sean Eversley Bradewell and Nicole Eversley Bradwell titled "Listen. Learn. Leverage."

This 1-hour workshop will begin to explore how best to use our privilege to leverage a more inclusive campus community. The workshop will explore difficult conversations - particularly the times when we are the ones who ignorantly or unintentionally perpetuate forms of bias. This workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Sean Eversley Bradwell and Nicole Eversley Bradwell. 

Nicole Eversley Bradwell—Nicole is the Director of Admissions and has worked at Ithaca College for the past 22 years in the Office of Admissions. 

Nicole is an alumnus of Johnston High School (N.Y.). She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the State University of New York at Oswego. Nicole is also a proud alum of Ithaca College having earned her master’s degree in organizational communication, learning, and design from the Roy H. Park School of Communication.

Dr. Sean Eversley Bradwell-- Dr. Sean Eversley Bradwell currently serves as the Director of Programs and Outreach at Ithaca College. 

Dr. Bradwell is an alumnus of Amsterdam High School (N.Y.); received a B.A. in political science from the University of Rochester; an M.S. in education from Rochester’s Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development; and a Ph.D. in policy analysis and management from Cornell University.
