For those of you who participated in a Health Care or Dependent Care FSA for 2013 this is a reminder that FSA dollars are "use-it-or-lose-it" funds. Account balances are not carried over from year to year. If you had any unused funds at the end of the plan year, those funds will be forfeited. That's an IRS requirement.

You have until March 31, 2014 to submit your 2013 FSA claims. Please note, this is not a postmarked date it is truly a received date. Claims received on April 1, 2014 or later will be denied and will not be processed. 

 

Valentine’s Day isn’t the only heart-related part of February! It’s also American Heart Month and a time to raise awareness and knowledge about heart health. We all know that our heart is important, but do you know how to make sure that you’re monitoring your heart health and taking steps to make your heart as strong as possible?

ITS offers computing workshops every week on a variety of topics in the Technology Learning Center (101 Friends Hall) at no charge to all faculty, staff, and students. Holla for Challah!

IC Challah for Hunger will be selling challah Friday’s in Campus Center from 11-2pm every week! Flavors include regular, chocolate chip, and cinnamon sugar. The proceeds will be donated to genocide relief in Darfur through American Jewish World Service (AJWS) and the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
